We require your explicit consent for processing sensitive data, so when you submit your details and in these cases we will send you a further communication asking for you to confirm your consent to this processing, for example job applications.

Marketing communications

Where you opt-out of receiving our marketing communications, this will not apply to personal data provided to us as a result of a service purchase, warranty registration, service experience or other transactions.

This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
